Students in Mrs. Ballantyne’s Native American Studies class had a great hands-on learning experience creating dreamcatchers. A special thank you to Penny Ballantyne for coming in and sharing her knowledge while helping students with the project. We appreciate the opportunity for our students to learn about culture and traditions in such a meaningful way.

Westhope Public School will be releasing early today, March 12th, due to already reduced visibility and the high winds and snow predicted for this afternoon. School will be dismissed at 1:00 PM for all grades, and buses will run at that time. There will be no practices or after-school activities today. Thank you for your understanding.

Academic All State recognizes seniors across North Dakota who demonstrate excellence in academics and dedication to their education. Students are nominated by their school principal and evaluated through a competitive statewide selection process.
